From Aliante's master-planned streets to the city's original core.
North Las Vegas covers more housing ground than any other name on our list — it's its own city, and it spans everything from mid-century neighborhoods near the old downtown core to the 2000s master-planned spread of Aliante and Eldorado along the 215 Beltway. That range is the point: the right paint job for a 1970s block-and-stucco house off Civic Center is a different job than a 2005 Aliante two-story, and we quote each for what it actually is.
In Aliante and the newer northern sections, the story is the familiar 2000s one — original builder exteriors at end of life, south-facing walls faded a shade lighter, cracks tracking the foam pop-outs — plus HOA palettes to work within, which we handle. In the older core, the work gets more interesting: previous paint jobs layered over decades, sun-baked wood fascia and eaves that need real scraping, priming, and sometimes carpentry coordination before color, and block walls and add-ons that deserve to be brought into one coherent scheme instead of left as a patchwork.
North Las Vegas is also where we do our steadiest investor and turnover work — full interior repaints between tenants and freshen-ups before listing. Those jobs run on schedule discipline: firm quote, tight timeline, walls patched honestly rather than painted over, and two coats of Sherwin-Williams where the color changes so the house shows clean, not just recent.
