What this site collects, why, and what we do with it — written to be read.
When you submit our quote form or request a call, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, and any project details or address information you include. If you call, we may keep notes from the conversation so follow-up is accurate. Calls placed through the "Talk to Alex" feature connect you with our automated phone assistant, and those calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can act on your request.
For one purpose: responding to your inquiry and, if you hire us, quoting, scheduling, and delivering your painting project. That includes calling or texting you back about your quote and coordinating walkthroughs and work dates.
We use ordinary service providers to operate — telephone and messaging services, form processing, and website hosting. They process information only as needed to provide those services to us.
This site does not run advertising trackers. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may collect standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages visited) for security and performance.
